Korea sa World Cup 2010

Bittersweet. Korea’s run in this year’s World Cup has been nothing but extraordinary. After qualifying for the Round of 16 for the first time on foreign soil, the Tae-guk Warriors lost to Uruguay 2-1 in dramatic fashion.

Although this year’s team came up a little short, Korea remains optimistic that our young talent and invaluable experience gained from this tournament will fuel us for an even better result in 2014.

This year, Korea has achieved its seventh consecutive World Cup appearance and has made it into its first away tournament round of 16.

Korea’s lively fans, widely known as the “Red Devils,” have always brought extra excitement to the games and this time once again the fever has spread throughout the nation as well as the world.

Korea’s enthusiastic cheering, added to the much improved football skills of Korean players, will give more hope to Korea winning the hosting rights for the 2022 World Cup.

Join the crowd, be the Reds and we hope that you will always cheer for Korea!
